Song of Solomon 4:7 — “You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no flaw in you.” → Speaks to the God-given beauty each person carries, inside and out. Your eyes are the centerpiece of your face—choosing the right eyeshadow can make them shine in ways you never imagined. The secret lies in selecting shades that complement your natural eye color. Whether you prefer a soft, everyday look or a bold, dramatic effect, we’ll guide you through the best choices for blue, brown, green, and hazel eyes. And remember: the products you use matter just as much as the shades you choose. At Remnant Beauty by Kingdom Come Home, we create organic, non-toxic eyeshadow quads, plant butter eyeliners, and long-wearing primers that not only highlight your beauty but also protect your health. Why Clean Beauty for the Eyes Matters Matthew 6:22 — “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.” The skin around your eyes is delicate and absorbs ingredients quickly. Unfortunately, many conventional eyeshadows, liners, and mascaras contain: Talc (can be contaminated with asbestos) Parabens (linked to hormone disruption) Phthalates (possible reproductive toxins) Synthetic dyes (linked to skin and eye irritation) At Remnant Beauty, we say no to toxins. Our botanical extracts, organic pigments, and safe, plant-based formulations ensure you get stunning color without compromise. Your eyes deserve nothing less. The Best Eyeshadow Colors for Every Eye Color Blue Eyes Natural Look: Warm, earthy shades like copper, peach, taupe, and champagne make blue eyes glow without overpowering them. Dramatic Look: Deep bronzes, rich terracottas, plum, and navy bring a bold, striking contrast. Brown Eyes Natural Look: Soft neutrals, golden browns, and beige enhance the depth of brown eyes while keeping the look subtle. Dramatic Look: Emerald green, cobalt blue, or deep burgundy create a stunning pop that makes brown eyes irresistible. Green Eyes Natural Look: Warm neutrals like beige, light brown, and soft peach accentuate green without being overpowering. Dramatic Look: Purple, plum, wine, and bronze shades make green eyes appear more vivid and enchanting. Hazel Eyes Natural Look: Warm golds, soft greens, and neutral browns highlight the ever-changing tones in hazel eyes. Dramatic Look: Deep forest green, burgundy, and metallic shades (like gold or bronze) amplify their unique sparkle. The Finishing Touches Prime for Perfection: Start with our Kingdom Come Home Eyeshadow Primer to ensure your look lasts all day without creasing or fading. Final Thoughts Isaiah 61:3 — “…to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.” Your eyes are unique—your makeup should celebrate that. By selecting the right shades for your eye color and using non-toxic, organic products, you can enjoy beauty that’s both stunning and safe. - Resting in Glory: A Tribute to Charlie Kirk
Today, our hearts grieve the earthly loss of Charlie Kirk. Yet we do not mourn as those without hope. Charlie boldly proclaimed The Gospel truth, stood fearlessly for the unborn, and called a generation to live courageously for Jesus Christ. His life was a powerful testimony that the Gospel is worth everything—that speaking truth in love, even when costly, can change hearts and nations. He stirred millions to take up their cross, to stand firm on God’s Word, and to live as salt and light in a dark world. While the world may feel dimmer without his earthly presence, we rejoice that Charlie is now in the glorious presence of his Savior, hearing the words every believer longs for… “Well done, good and faithful servant.” How We Respond as Kingdom Come Home As a community rooted in faith we honor Charlie’s legacy not with silence or despair, but by stepping boldly into the mission he championed—sharing the Gospel, defending life, loving sacrificially, and living for eternity. We lift up his wife, children, family, and friends before the throne of grace, asking God to surround them with supernatural comfort and peace. And we renew our commitment to Christ’s cause, that Charlie held so dear. A Firm Hope in Troubled Times This tragedy reminds us of how broken our world is, how deep the need for Christ remains. Yes, this loss is human—we feel it deeply. The moments Charlie will never share with his family. The laughter, the debates, his dreams. But one thing remains certain: death did not, cannot, have the final word. Because Christ lives, Charlie lives too. One day, every tear will be wiped away. Every wrong will be made right. Every sorrow and loss will be swallowed up in joy. “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” — Philippians 1:21 Rest in glory, Charlie. Your fight is finished—but the light of Christ you carried burns on in us. We continue to herald the message: JESUS CHRIST IS MIGHTY AND WILLING TO SAVE. Blessings, Your Kingdom Come Home Family
- The Power of Community: God’s Design for Flourishing
In a world that often glorifies independence and self-sufficiency, God reminds us that true strength, healing, and joy come through community. From the very beginning, the Lord declared, “It is not good for man to be alone” (Genesis 2:18). We are created for connection—with Him first, and then with one another. Community is not optional for believers; it is part of our calling, our design, and our health. When we lean into our families, our churches, our friendships, and even our local communities, we begin to experience wholeness—body, soul, and spirit. Let’s look at the different communities God has placed in our lives and how they shape both our faith and our mental well-being. Family Community – Your First Ministry Our families are the first community God entrusts to us. Before ministry to the world, before serving in the church, we are called to serve within our homes. Scripture reminds us: • “But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.” (1 Timothy 5:8) • “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15) Family is where we first learn to love, to forgive, to encourage, and to practice patience. It is here that we model Christ for the next generation. Prioritizing family as our first ministry strengthens not only the home but also our emotional and mental health. Research shows that those who experience secure, supportive family relationships often enjoy lower stress levels, stronger resilience, and greater peace of mind. Church Community – The Body of Christ The local church is God’s beautiful gift to His children. It’s not just a place we attend; it’s the body of Christ, where each part is essential. • “Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” (1 Corinthians 12:27) • “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another.” (Hebrews 10:24–25) Belonging to a church community gives us a spiritual family that lifts us up when life feels heavy, rejoices with us in victories, and keeps us accountable in our walk with Christ. For mental health, this is invaluable—studies show that consistent fellowship reduces loneliness and provides a powerful sense of belonging, which is essential for emotional well-being. Sisterhood Community – Walking Together in Faith Sisters in Christ carry a unique gift: they remind us that we are never alone. Proverbs 27:17 tells us, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Sisterhood is where women can come together to pray, encourage, laugh, and even cry together. When we share burdens in safe, Christ-centered friendships, we experience both spiritual and emotional healing. This is why intentional sisterhood matters—it’s a lifeline for our mental health. It helps us feel seen, understood, and supported in ways that deepen our walk with Jesus. At Kingdom Come Home, we believe in nurturing this type of sisterhood. That’s why we’ve created the Garden Community, a space where women can grow in faith, wellness, and encouragement together. Join the Facebook Garden Community here: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/19d1wygmkM/ Local Community – Your Everyday Evangelism Our neighborhoods and towns are also part of God’s assignment to us. Every person we encounter—whether at the grocery store, the post office, or in our children’s play groups—is an opportunity for evangelism and love. Jesus said: “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:14) When we live out our faith in our local communities, we reflect Christ’s love in tangible ways—through kindness, service, and authenticity. This not only impacts the world around us but also fuels our own sense of purpose and belonging. Knowing we are living on mission lifts our spirits and brings meaning to our daily lives. Holistic Community – Healing Together God cares about our whole being: body, mind, and spirit. Being part of a holistic community—where we share wellness practices, natural remedies, and healthy living—reminds us that stewardship of the body is a spiritual act. • “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you…?Therefore honor God with your bodies.” (1 Corinthians 6:19–20) When we come together to encourage healthier living—whether through nourishing food, natural products, or mindful habits—we not only improve our physical health but also lighten our emotional burdens. Shared holistic practices often foster joy, reduce anxiety, and strengthen resilience. Community is God’s Design for Mental & Spiritual Health When these communities—family, church, sisterhood, local, and holistic—are embraced, we see the fullness of God’s design for our lives. Each plays a role in keeping us grounded, supported, and whole. Isolation breeds fear, anxiety, and despair. But community ushers in connection, joy, and peace. No wonder Scripture tells us: “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9–10) Final Thought Community is not just about having people around you—it’s about living as God designed, with circles of love, accountability, encouragement, and purpose. When we commit to nurturing our family first, then our church, our sisterhood, our local neighbors, and our holistic wellness communities, we walk in strength and joy. Let us hold tightly to these connections, for in them we reflect the heart of Jesus Himself—who lived in constant fellowship with His disciples, His family, and His Father. Come grow with us in the Kingdom Come Home Garden, where faith, wellness, and community meet. You belong here. Blessings, Heidi Davis Co-Founder with Holy Spirit Kingdom Come Home
- Why Choosing Organic & Local Produce Matters: Biblical Wisdom for Nourishing the Body God Gave You
In a world where convenience often takes priority over purity, the food we put into our bodies is more important than ever. At Kingdom Come Home, we believe that nourishing your body is an act of stewardship—an acknowledgment that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and are to be cared for with wisdom and intention. “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” – 1 Corinthians 10:31 Let’s dive into why buying organic and local produce is one of the most loving and protective choices you can make for yourself and your family, how to avoid harmful genetically modified foods, and what to do when organic isn’t an option. The Benefits of Buying Organic Produce Choosing organic means choosing produce that is grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). This matters because what goes into the soil, water, and air eventually ends up in the foods we feed our families. Organic produce is: Free of harmful chemical residues Higher in certain nutrients like antioxidants Better for the environment and soil health Supportive of pollinators like bees and butterflies Non-GMO (genetically modified organisms are prohibited in organic farming) “The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.” – Genesis 2:15 Buying organic is one way we honor God’s creation—by choosing food grown in ways that preserve the natural integrity of the land and the living things He designed. The Blessings of Buying Local Produce While organic is essential, local produce carries its own rich benefits. Supporting local farmers strengthens your community, reduces your carbon footprint, and gives you access to fresher, more nutrient-dense food. Benefits of local produce include: Picked at peak ripeness (which means better taste and nutrition) Fewer preservatives and less packaging Reduced transportation pollution You can ask how it was grown—even if it’s not certified organic, many small farms use organic practices Keeps your dollars circulating in your local economy “You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands; you shall be blessed, and it shall be well with you.” – Psalm 128:2 Buying local is an act of community and care—a way to love your neighbor, steward your resources, and bless the hands that grow your food. The Dangers of Genetically Modified Foods (GMOs) Genetically modified foods are organisms whose DNA has been altered in ways that do not occur naturally. While some claim they increase food supply or resist pests, GMOs have raised major health and environmental concerns. Risks and dangers include: Increased allergenicity Disruption of gut health Unknown long-term health effects Heavy use of glyphosate and other toxic herbicides Cross-contamination with organic crops Environmental harm to soil and pollinators “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” – Romans 12:2 As believers, we are called to be discerning. Choosing real, whole, God-designed foods over modified alternatives is one way we honor the design and order He created. The “Dirty Dozen”: What You Should Always Buy Organic When buying 100% organic isn’t possible, focus on buying organic versions of the “Dirty Dozen”—the top 12 fruits and vegetables that carry the highest levels of pesticide residue when conventionally grown: Strawberries Spinach Kale, collard & mustard greens Grapes Peaches Pears Nectarines Apples Bell & hot peppers Cherries Blueberries Green beans “The wise store up knowledge, but the mouth of a fool invites ruin.” – Proverbs 10:14 Choosing organic for these high-risk items is a smart step to protect your body from the cumulative effects of chemical exposure. How to Wash Non-Organic Produce the Holistic Way Sometimes organic isn’t available or affordable—and that’s okay. When you do purchase conventional produce, you can reduce surface pesticides and residues with a simple, holistic produce bath. DIY Natural Produce Wash: Ingredients: 4 cups filtered water 1 cup white vinegar 1 tablespoon baking soda Juice of 1 lemon (optional for scent and extra cleansing) Instructions: In a clean sink or large bowl, combine all ingredients. Add produce and let soak for 10–15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean, cold water. Let air dry or pat dry before storing. This method helps remove wax, pesticide residues, and bacteria—without adding more chemicals. “Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.” – Psalm 51:7 Just like our hearts, sometimes our food needs a good cleansing. This simple wash is one more way to care for your family holistically and honor your body as the temple it is. A Kingdom Approach to Food Every bite we take is an opportunity to steward our health, honor creation, and fuel our purpose. Whether you’re buying from a local farm stand, picking up organic produce at the grocery store, or washing your fruits and veggies with a natural rinse—your choices matter. “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” – 3 John 1:2 We were created to thrive—not just survive. And when we align our habits with the wisdom of God and the rhythm of His creation, we flourish. Blessings, Heidi Davis Co-Founder with Holy Spirit Kingdom Come Home
- Creating Your Secret Place: How to Make a Prayer Corner or Prayer Closet
Have you ever longed for a quiet space where you can step away from distractions and meet with the Lord face to face? A place set apart, where you can pour out your heart, study His Word, and simply be still? Jesus spoke of this in Matthew 6:6: “But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” This is your secret place. A sacred refuge where you can retreat from the noise of the world and rest in His presence. Today, we’ll share some practical and meaningful ways to create a prayer corner or prayer closet that feels personal, peaceful, and full of purpose. 1. Choose Your Space Thoughtfully Your secret place doesn’t need to be an entire room. It could be: A cleared-out closet with a comfortable floor cushion A corner of your bedroom A small space in the attic or basement Even a chair by a window The key is privacy and quiet, so you can enter in without constant interruptions. 2. Make It Comfortable You’ll want your prayer space to feel welcoming. Consider adding: A soft rug or blanket A pillow or chair for reading and journaling A small side table or shelf for your Bible and devotionals A basket for notebooks, pens, and tissues If you like, include a cozy throw for early mornings or late nights spent with the Lord. 3. Keep Your Essentials Within Reach Stock your space with things that nourish your spirit: Your favorite Bible translation A journal for prayers, gratitude lists, and reflections Devotional books or studies Scripture cards or memory verses This makes it easy to slip into quiet time without having to gather materials each day. 4. Create an Atmosphere of Peace Small touches can make your secret place feel set apart: A candle you light each time you enter (symbolizing Christ as the Light) Worship music or instrumental soaking music playing softly A plant or vase of fresh flowers to remind you of God’s creation 5. Dedicate the Space in Prayer Before you begin using your prayer corner or closet, take a moment to consecrate it to the Lord: “Father, I dedicate this space to You. May it be a place of peace, encounter, forgiveness and transformation. Let Your presence fill it, and may every moment spent here draw me closer to Your heart.” 6. Make It Yours Remember: this space doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. It should feel like you. Consider adding: A prayer log Photos of loved ones you’re interceding for A cross or artwork that inspires you Scriptures taped to the walls Over time, your secret place will become layered with testimony—a living reminder of all God has done in your life. 7. Commit to Showing Up The most important part of having a secret place isn’t the decor—it’s the daily habit of meeting God there. Even 10 quiet minutes can reset your heart and fill you with strength for the day ahead. “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” – James 4:8 Closing Words Creating a prayer corner or prayer closet is a simple but profound act of faith. It’s a declaration that your relationship with the Lord matters—that you are making space to listen, to worship, to weep, to rejoice, and to be still in His presence. - How to Read a Food Label: A Biblical & Holistic Approach to Choosing What Nourishes
Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) , and how we nourish them matters deeply. In today’s world of fast food and flashy packaging, it’s easy to miss the hidden dangers tucked away in seemingly innocent items on our grocery shelves. That’s why learning to properly read a food label is one of the most powerful tools you can carry with you—one that protects not only your body but also your family. Let’s break it all down clearly so you can shop with confidence and honor the temple God gave you. Start with the Ingredients List—Not the Front Label Ignore the marketing slogans on the front (“natural,” “low fat,” “made with real fruit”). Instead, flip the package over and head straight to the ingredients list. Golden Rule: The fewer the ingredients, the better. If it’s made with 5 real, whole food ingredients you can pronounce, you’re probably in good shape. “Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you.” — Proverbs 4:25 Ingredients to Avoid Artificial Food Dyes (linked to hyperactivity, behavioral issues, and inflammation): • Red 40 • Yellow 5 (Tartrazine) • Yellow 6 • Blue 1 • Blue 2 • Green 3 • Citrus Red 2 Many of these dyes are banned in other countries but still legal in the U.S. They are synthetic chemicals made from petroleum. Choose products colored with natural ingredients like beet juice, turmeric, or spirulina instead. Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) GMOs are often hidden in plain sight. Look for clear non-GMO labels or USDA Organic certifications, which prohibit GMOs. GMO Ingredients Often Labeled As: • Corn syrup or high-fructose corn syrup • Soy protein isolate • Canola oil • Cottonseed oil • Sugar (unless listed as cane sugar—it may be GMO beet sugar) Look for labels that say: • “Non-GMO Project Verified” • “USDA Organic” • Or best yet: whole, unprocessed ingredients without any genetic modification Additives and Preservatives to Watch For Even if the ingredients look short, keep an eye out for: • MSG (monosodium glutamate) – may appear as “yeast extract” or “natural flavors” • Sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate – common preservatives linked to allergy issues • Carrageenan – used in non-dairy milks, can irritate the gut • Artificial sweeteners like sucralose (Splenda), aspartame, and acesulfame potassium Sugar & Sodium: The Sneaky Stuff Don’t just look at grams—look at where it falls on the ingredient list. Ingredients are listed in order of quantity. If sugar is in the top 3, that’s a red flag. Sugar is often disguised under names like: • Evaporated cane juice • Corn syrup • Dextrose • Fructose • Maltodextrin And don’t forget sodium! High levels of “table salt” are common in canned or packaged food. Limit Processed Foods If it has a long shelf life, strange chemical names, or comes in a microwave-ready tray, it’s probably far from how God designed food to be consumed. Stick with whole, God-grown foods as much as possible. Beware of Trans Fats & Seed Oils Even if a label says “0g trans fat,” it can still legally contain up to 0.49g per serving if “partially hydrogenated oils” are listed in the ingredients. These industrial fats are linked to inflammation, heart disease, and poor metabolic health. Also avoid refined seed oils like: • Canola oil • Soybean oil • Corn oil • Cottonseed oil • Sunflower or safflower oil (unless cold-pressed) These oils are often highly processed, oxidized, and stripped of nutrients. They may cause oxidative stress in the body and disrupt your omega-3 to omega-6 balance. Instead, choose whole food fats like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, ghee, or grass-fed butter—nourishing fats the Lord gave us in His wisdom. In Summary: Your Holistic Label-Reading Checklist • Fewer ingredients = better • Recognizable, real food ingredients • Non-GMO or USDA Organic label • No artificial dyes (Red 40, Yellow 5, etc.) • No artificial sweeteners • Avoid preservatives, hidden MSG, and processed oils • Beware of sugar in disguise “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31 As stewards of our health and caretakers of our families, we get to honor God by choosing foods that give life—not confusion, addiction, or inflammation. Let every trip to the grocery store be an act of discernment and worship. ⚠️ Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and this information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. - “Open My Eyes, Lord” — Supporting Eye Health with God’s Natural Gifts
Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law.” — Psalm 119:18 (ESV) Our eyes are a precious gift—physically and spiritually. Just as we ask the Lord to open our spiritual eyes to His truth, we are called to steward our physical sight with wisdom and care. Whether you’re reading His Word, gazing at His creation, or simply caring for your family, healthy vision enhances how we experience life, and it’s worth protecting. At Kingdom Come Home, we believe God has provided powerful, plant-based allies to support eye health naturally. Here are three of our favorite herbal tinctures for supporting vibrant vision and reducing oxidative stress on the eyes: 1. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, they’ve been used for centuries to support eye health and longevity. • Naturally high in zeaxanthin, a carotenoid that helps protect the retina from light-induced damage. • Rich in vitamin A and lutein, both critical for maintaining vision clarity and preventing age-related decline. • Supports blood circulation to the eyes, keeping them nourished and protected. “The hearing ear and the seeing eye, the Lord has made them both.” — Proverbs 20:12 (ESV) 3. Turmeric & Black Pepper Tincture: Anti-Inflammatory Vision Support Turmeric is a powerful root for systemic wellness, and its impact on eye inflammation is profound. When paired with black pepper (which contains piperine to increase bioavailability), turmeric becomes a potent ally in preserving eye health. • Supports anti-inflammatory pathways, helping with conditions like dry eyes or puffiness. • May help protect against oxidative damage that contributes to age-related vision changes. • Encourages healthy circulation, supporting the tiny blood vessels that nourish the eye. “Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf unstopped.” — Isaiah 35:5 (ESV) Foods & Nutrients that Feed the Eyes God’s provision doesn’t stop with herbs—He fills our tables with vibrant, nourishing foods that support vision. We are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) , and caring for our bodies, including our eyes, allows us to live more fully for His glory. Let these herbal tinctures, whole foods, and God-given nutrients serve not only as nourishment for your physical eyes, but as a reminder of the spiritual sight we are given through Christ. Liver & Gut Detox (Traditional Castor Oil Pack) Place a saturated cloth under your right rib cage. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 30–60 minutes. This helps reduce bloating, improve bowel movements, support liver detox, and stimulate lymph flow. 2. Hormone Balance & Menstrual Cramp Relief Place the pack over your lower abdomen to support regular cycles, reduce cramping, and support healing of fibroids or cysts. Use during the luteal phase (post-ovulation to period). 3. Thyroid Support Gently massage a few drops of castor oil onto your neck over the thyroid (front of your throat) at night. Use 3–5 times a week. Avoid during active hyperthyroid flare-ups. 4. Pain & Inflammation Relief Massage oil directly onto sore joints, back pain, knees, or areas of injury. For deeper relief, wrap the area with a cloth soaked in castor oil and apply a heating pad. 5. Hair Growth Support Castor oil is rich in ricinoleic acid which stimulates blood flow to the scalp. How to use: • Warm a small amount of oil and massage into scalp and ends of hair. • Wrap hair in a shower cap and towel. • Leave overnight or at least 2–3 hours before washing. Repeat 2–3x weekly for stronger, thicker, shinier hair. 6. Belly Button Detox The navel is believed in many traditional systems to be a center for healing. Place 2–3 drops in the belly button before bed to calm the nervous system, hydrate skin, and support detox pathways. 7. Skin Healing & Immune Support Apply to areas with eczema, scars, psoriasis, skin tags, or rashes. For immune support, rub onto soles of the feet or abdomen nightly. It’s also deeply nourishing for cuticles, heels, and elbows. 8. Deep Sleep Ritual Massage a bit of oil into your abdomen or temples, or use the pack an hour before bed. This promotes a sense of calm, grounding, and restful sleep. “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” – Psalm 4:8 How to Use the Kingdom Come Home Castor Oil Pack 1. Saturate the cotton wrap with castor oil. 2. Place over the liver (right side under your rib cage) or desired area. 3. Cover with plastic wrap to protect clothing. 4. Relax for 30–60 minutes. Optional: apply gentle heat. 5. Cleanse the area with baking soda and warm water or one of our toxin-removing soap bars (Colloidal Silver, Three Kings, or Land of Canaan). 6. Store your wrap in a glass container in the refrigerator. No need to wash it. Just add 1 tablespoon of fresh oil for each future use. Important Notes • This product is for external use only. • Do not share your castor oil pack. • Castor oil may stain—wear clothing you don’t mind oiling. • One bottle = ~28 uses. • Your body will tell you what it needs. Start slow. “Listen carefully to what the Lord is saying…” – Isaiah 28:23 God’s Goodness in Every Drop Whether you are seeking relief, balance, or simply a quiet moment to care for your temple, we pray that this oil becomes part of your sacred self-care—anchored in grace, guided by wisdom, and rooted in healing. “The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” – Revelation 22:2 ⚠️ Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and this information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. - Natural Ways to Support Healthy Testosterone in Men
Testosterone—it’s a word that gets thrown around a lot, but few people truly understand its role in a man’s health and vitality. When testosterone levels drop too low, a condition called male hypogonadism, it can affect much more than just sexual function. In fact, low testosterone levels can impact nearly every aspect of a man’s well-being—from mental clarity and energy to muscle strength and reproductive health. What Causes Low Testosterone? While several factors can contribute to declining testosterone, the two most common are age and poor lifestyle habits. As men age, it’s natural for testosterone to decrease gradually. However, poor diet, lack of exercise, stress, alcohol use, and exposure to toxic chemicals can accelerate this decline—often leaving men feeling unlike themselves. The Effects of Low Testosterone: Low testosterone doesn’t just affect one part of a man’s life. Here are some of the most common symptoms: • Reduced sex drive and erectile dysfunction • Depression, irritability, and memory fog • Increased body fat and gynecomastia (male breast tissue) • Loss of muscle mass, endurance, and body hair • Hot flashes, shrinking testicles, and infertility This isn’t just a midlife slump—it’s a real health issue. The good news? There are safe, natural ways to support and restore healthy testosterone levels. Two Herbal Allies Every Man Should Know At Kingdom Come Home, we believe God’s creation is powerful, purposeful, and healing. Two standout tinctures in our apothecary were crafted with men in mind: Ashwagandha and Garlic. Ashwagandha Tincture This ancient adaptogenic herb is a cornerstone in men’s wellness. Research shows that Ashwagandha: • Reduces cortisol levels by up to 28% • Improves sleep quality • Enhances testosterone and luteinizing hormone production • Increases sperm count, volume, and motility • Boosts muscle mass and physical endurance If there were one herb every man should take regularly, it’s this one. Garlic Tincture Garlic may surprise you, but it packs a powerful punch when it comes to testosterone. Scientific studies have shown that garlic: • Increases testicular testosterone levels • Lowers stress hormone (corticosterone) • Improves nitrogen balance—key for muscle development • Enhances sperm production and antioxidant defenses Together, these two tinctures create a strong foundation for men wanting to reclaim their vitality the natural way. Additional Habits to Support Healthy Testosterone God gave us bodies that thrive on simplicity and consistency. Along with herbal support, here are natural lifestyle habits that can make a big difference: 1. Maintain a healthy weight – Avoid refined sugar, processed foods, and preservatives. 2. Exercise regularly – Weight-bearing exercises are especially effective. 3. Prioritize sleep – Uninterrupted rest is essential for hormone production. 4. Avoid tobacco and alcohol – These disrupt the endocrine system. 5. Ditch opioid pain medications – Look for natural pain support options. Watch What Goes on the Body, Too Did you know that many mainstream personal care products contain ingredients that may disrupt hormones—including testosterone? Parabens, Phthalates, Petroleum, and Sulfates are some of the worst offenders. That’s why Kingdom Come Home formulates every body care product with clean, non-toxic, EU-compliant ingredients, so men can smell great and feel strong—without compromising their health. A Final Word Low testosterone doesn’t have to define the men you love—your husbands, sons, brothers, and fathers were made for strength, clarity, and purpose. With clean herbal support, a healthy lifestyle, and trust in God’s provision, restoration is possible. Ready to help the men in your life feel good, live boldly, and walk in strength? - Starting Your Non-Toxic Journey with Kingdom Come Home: Simple Swaps for a Healthier Home
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God?” – 1 Corinthians 6:19 Stepping into a non-toxic lifestyle can feel overwhelming at first, but here’s the good news—it doesn’t have to be! At Kingdom Come Home, we believe that small, intentional changes can have a big impact on your health, your home, and your peace of mind. The key? Start simple. You don’t have to throw out everything in your home overnight. Instead, focus on a few easy swaps that will make the biggest difference. Here are some of the best places to begin: 1. Swap Out Your Candles for Non-Toxic Fragrances Nothing makes a home feel more inviting than a warm, beautiful scent. But many conventional candles contain paraffin wax, phthalate-filled fragrances, and chemical-laden wicks that release harmful toxins into the air. Instead, choose cleaner, healthier alternatives like our coconut wax candles or Kingdom Come Home fragrance mists—both made with natural, essential oil-based ingredients that fill your space with peace, not pollutants. “For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.” – 2 Corinthians 2:15 2. Replace Toxic Cleaning Products with Natural Alternatives Most store-bought cleaning products contain harsh chemicals that can irritate your skin, lungs, and even disrupt hormones. The good news? You don’t need them to keep your home clean! Switching to non-toxic, multipurpose cleaners is one of the easiest ways to reduce toxins in your home. You can also make your own with simple ingredients like vinegar, baking soda, and essential oils. Not only is it better for your health, but it’s also budget-friendly! If you want a fragrant multipurpose cleanser that is anti-viral, anti-fungal, and antibacterial, we have you covered. “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” – Psalm 51:10 3. Upgrade Your Laundry Routine Did you know that traditional laundry detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets are loaded with artificial fragrances and endocrine disruptors? These chemicals cling to your clothes and skin, exposing you to toxins all day long. Thankfully, a cleaner laundry routine is an easy swap! Switch to a natural detergent (we offer one at Kingdom Come Home!) and replace dryer sheets with wool dryer balls—a simple, reusable alternative that naturally softens clothes. Here’s another tip: Add ½ cup of white vinegar during the rinse cycle as a natural fabric softener. It helps eliminate residue and keeps your clothes fresh—without any synthetic chemicals. “She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness.” – Proverbs 31:27 4. Ditch Plastic for Glass or Stainless Steel Many of us grew up using plastic food storage containers and water bottles, but research shows that plastic can leach harmful chemicals (like BPA and phthalates) into food and drinks—especially when heated. An easy fix? Swap plastic for glass or stainless steel. Not only are these materials safer, but they also last longer and reduce waste. Looking for affordable options? Check out your local thrift store—sometimes, you can find great glassware for just a few dollars! “Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.” – Psalm 34:8 5. Protect Yourself from EMF Radiation We live in a world surrounded by technology—phones, laptops, Wi-Fi, and more. While we can’t avoid electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) entirely, we can take steps to reduce our exposure. One of the simplest ways? Use an EMF protection disc, like the ones we offer at Kingdom Come Home. Just place one on the back of your phone case, laptop, or near your workspace for an added layer of protection. We’ve linked them below so you can check them out! “The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” – Psalm 121:8 Start Small, Stay Faithful Transitioning to a non-toxic lifestyle isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. Every small change you make is a step toward a cleaner, healthier home, and an act of stewardship over the blessings God has given you. So, take it one swap at a time. Before you know it, these little changes will become second nature—and you’ll feel so much better for it. Ready to get started?
