Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship based on international laws. Please see if your country is available at checkout.

International Tracking Limitations: 

Kingdom Come Home is limited to tracking orders while within the United States. Once your order clears United States customs we lose the ability to track the progress of your order. This is based on the regulations of the United States Postal System. If you have not received your order, please contact the postal system in your country with the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation. Please also be aware of the products you can receive into your country from international destinations. We adhere to all policies, however, your country can turn away products at the border. If your product is returned to us we will refund you for the price of the product, less the amount of shipping.

International Delays:
Customs is experiencing longer than normal processing times, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order. Please be aware that the duration of customs clearance is beyond our control, and it may take up to a month or longer depending on what country the order is being shipped to.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the product for an item of equal value within 14 days of receipt of your products. Products must be packed safely and returned undamaged to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Products purchased with store credit do not qualify for a return or exchange.

Kingdom Come Home does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the product being returned is damaged upon receipt. Please include pictures of any damaged product in communication on the day you received the damaged product as this is required by the United States Postal Service in order for the company to file an insurance claim for damages. Damaged products will be replaced with the same product ordered. Damaged products can not be exchanged for other Kingdom Come Home products.

Exceptions to Returns & Exchanges: 

  • Full-size fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged if a "Try Me Size" is available for purchase. We recommend ordering the "Try Me Size" before committing to a full-size bottle.

  • Tinctures, teas, supplements, products purchased with a full-size gift with purchase, and deluxe-size fragrance samples are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Holiday kits, sets, and bundles are nonreturnable.

  • We do not use unnecessary chemicals in our products to prevent them from melting, as most are toxic in nature. Therefore, we do not replace or refund products that have melted during delivery. Please refer to the melt warning on our products for more information. It is advisable to ship to an address where the product can be brought inside immediately. If the product arrives soft, you can place it in the refrigerator to return it to a solid state.
