Lavender
Soothes, calms, and works as a sedative.
 
Frankincense
An anti-inflammatory that helps with cluster headaches that tend to start from pain in your muscles, neck, and back.
 
Lemon
Has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can treat tension headaches.
 
Geranium
Opens nasal passages and clears the sinuses providing relief from the sinus tension, which is the cause of many headaches.
 
Directions: Apply to the forehead, temples, neck, shoulders, and/or tip of the nose as needed for headaches. Breathe deeply and relax.
