Organic Castor Oil Wrap
1. Apply a generous amount of castor oil directly to clean, dry skin, or saturate a separate piece of organic cotton or flannel with castor oil.
2. Place the wrap over the desired area.
3. Secure the adjustable straps until snug but comfortable. The wrap should stay in place without feeling restrictive.
4. Relax for 30 to 90 minutes, or wear longer if comfortable. Many people enjoy using their wrap while reading, praying, watching a movie, or before bedtime.
5. Remove the wrap and gently massage any remaining oil into the skin if desired.
6. Wipe away excess oil with a warm washcloth if preferred.
