100% cotton flannel cloth is serged around the edges with organic cotton thread for a clean finish. The fibers are grown without the use of harmful chemical pesticides or herbicides.
 
How to care for your wrap:
You do not need to wash your castor oil pack. After the first use store in the refrigerator in a glass container. You will only need to add 1 tablespoon of oil to your pack after the first use. One bottle has roughly 28 uses. When your bottle is empty, it is time for a new wrap.

Step 1: Saturate the cloth with castor oil.
 
Step 2: Place the cloth over your liver area under your right ribcage. Wrap with plastic wrap.
 
Step 3: Relax for an hour, and allow the castor oil to go to work. This product is designed to work with your body heat however, a hot water bottle or heating pad can be used if desired.
 
* Learn to listen to your body. Start slowly if this is your first time. We suggest starting with 20 minutes, and then work up over time. You can experience detox symptoms.
 
Step 4: When you are done, wash the pack area with baking soda and water to remove any oil/toxins.
 
*You can also use our Colloidal Silver Bar, Three Kings Bar, or The Land of Canaan Bar to remove toxins and excess oil. You will find them under Health + Healing Bars.
 
*Castor oil wraps should not be shared. One wrap per person.
 
*Castor oil can stain, so it is preferable to do them in clothes you don’t mind getting stained.
