Derived from red algae, sea moss hosts a myriad of benefits for the skin, making it a skincare powerhouse for our sensitive sisters. Its high mineral and vitamin content make it ideal for those with inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Due to a high sulfur content, sea moss has antibacterial, antiviral, and antimicrobial functions which help to balance the skin’s natural microbiome. Sea moss protects the skin from environmental stressors due to its essential elements that make up the human body, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin K.
Chlorophyll
Chlorophyll is a powerful antioxidant with both anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties providing excellent skin soothing benefits. Directions: After cleansing, apply gel to face and neck. Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes. Most of the gel will be absorbed into the skin. Wipe off excess with a damp, warm cloth. Pairs perfectly with our Emergen-Sea Cleanser, Serum, and Moisturizer.
